Do it by taking the Master Diver Challenge– Master Diver is a rating that puts you in a class of distinction – writing your ticket to endless adventure and opportunities through the experience and scuba training that sets you apart as a tip notch recreational diver.
The Fun Part
With the Master Diver rating, you have reached the highest non professional level in the system of diver education and experience. It means that you have acquired significant training and experience in a variety of dive environments.
In 2022 SSI is once again partnering with Aggressor Adventures to offer the trip of a lifetime. The 2022 Master Diver Challenge Grand Prize is a trip for two aboard the Turks & Caicos Aggressor II live-a-board. This spectacular dive vacation offers two guests with deluxe accommodations for a week of diving beautiful sheer wall ledges decorated with massive orange elephant-ear sponges, purple gorgonians and crimson rope sponges. Each diver earning their Master Diver in 2022 is automatically entered in the contest by SSI. This trip is valued at $6590 and someone always wins each year. Since 2011 the SSI Master Diver Challenge has been an exclusinve SSI promotion to have divers earn the distinction of Master Diver.Prerequisites
Sign up for all of the above
- 12 years old
- Open Water Diver (or qualifying certification from another training organization)
- Advanced Open Water Diver (or qualifying certification from another training organization)
- Rescue Diver or Junior Rescue Diver (or qualifying certification from another training organization)
- Minimum of five Specialty Diver courses
- Minimum of 50 logged dives
