The fee is designed to get both a Assistant Instructor and Open Water Instructor started on their training. It is all digital material designed so the student can work on it at their own pace. Then they will meet on a scheduled basis to complete classroom, pool and open water requirements. For those with a goal of meeting requirements for being a Open Water Instructor it does not include the actual Instructor Certification completed by a SSI IC over two days.
